Booking

You are booking for the duration published under the "About this class" for each class, block course, or event on our website.  These are on a per participant fee basis that is payable at the time of booking.

No booking will come into force until:  The booking process has been successfully completed and full payment has been cleared and received by the Jewellers Collective.

A confirmation email will be generated automatically by the website;  however, if for some reason the payment is unsuccessful the Jewellers Collective will look to invoice you offline, and request payment be made prior to confirming your booking.

Bookings are open to participants aged 14 years & over. Whilst we whole heartedly encourage young people to participate in our classes, we observe a strict age restriction of 14 years and over.  For participants 14 to 16 years old we do require an adult to book a place for themselves as well and to remain in the workshop to assist in supervising. This is inline with our Health & Safety Manual, New HandS in the Workshop.

All classes are taught in English and are in-depth in explanation, as there are hazards in our workshop.

Cancellation of a class

If the Jewellers Collective has no option but to cancel a class, then a pro-rata refund if any will be made back to the originating bank account of those affected by the course closure event.

A notice of cancellation will sent by the Jewellers Collective to those affected, as soon as practicable.
